RHUX Analytics was founded on a commitment to uphold an anxiety-free workplace culture. We value and prioritize the mental health of our clients and our own. According to the CDC, 1 in 6 children between the ages of 2-8 are diagnosed with a mental, behavioral, or developmental disorder. That's why we donate a percentage of our revenue to the Child Mind Institute. This is a foundation that helps children and young adults navigate through mental health and learning disorders through research and counseling.     It seems all too often that corporations struggle to prioritize their employees' mental health and quality of life. We believe that is simply unjust, which is why we are on a mission to prove the importance of creating an anxiety-free workplace. Job stress has both professional and personal consequences. We are trying to mitigate that as much as possible by instilling the value of life, then work. Things like taking a wellness break during the day to go for a run is highly encouraged and fully supported.

  • Help Others Achieve

    Whether it be our clients, our neighbors, your family, or your doctor's cousin, we exist to help others achieve. If you have a new eCommerce business, if your business is starting to grow, or if your business is well-established and looking to scale, we want to help you achieve big things. Relationships and people are what matter most. We succeed by lifting others up. We take pride and ownership of our work for others. We strive to be brave, to be bold, and to redefine the standards of achievement.

    We support a family-first mindset. When we are able to support, care for and put our loved ones first, we are able to bring our best selves to work and to everything else that we do. We consider our team to be like family, too. We can laugh together, teach one another, and have open, honest conversations. We are comfortable with disagreement and are able to talk through opposing ideas and perspectives. We like trying new things, evaluating results, and trying again. The Three L's of liked, learned, and lacked, along with big ideas, are an intricate part of our culture.

Take a break when you feel frustrated. Fresh air can shift perspective. You never know what silent struggles others are enduring. The human experience is complicated. There are many seasons in life.     Life-long learning is our mantra. Whether it be personal or professional development, technical skill-building, or specialty certifications, we understand that it takes time and patience to learn new concepts and to be able to confidently apply them. Meet Our Founder

Rich Hanna

Rich is a husband and father of two daughters (soon to be four) from Bonney Lake, WA. He started RHUX Analytics with the vision of growing a positive organization that impacts more than just the business world. He has a bevy of experience, starting most recently as the Lead Analytics Engineer at Lululemon and the Founder of RHUX Analytics. Previous to that, he has 10 years of web and analytics development experience working with many Fortune 500 companies. If you're going to trust anyone with your data and analytics, Rich is the guy.
